How we use it

We rely on the following lawful bases: performing a contract or taking steps before entering into one; complying with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in running a professional social work practice. Keeping information secure

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Please don’t send case details through ordinary email until we have agreed how to share them securely.

How long we keep information

We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, and to meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations. After that, it is securely deleted or destroyed.
